Every year local companies from across the region use the Wayland Show as a valuable way to promoting their business and to sell their products to and audience with of over 6000 visitors.

There is a range of targeted exhibition options on offer for your business - take a look below to see which suits you best and please contact us if you have any questions.

TRADE STANDS

With a frontage of over 150 meters The Wayland Show offers traders from East Anglia and further afield an excellent opportunity to market and sell a wide variety of products ranging from motor vehicles to walking sticks and everything between.  The show offers a lively and fun trading atmosphere with many additional attractions to draw in the crowds.

For registered charities who wish to take a stand we offer a 50% discount on the fee - simply include your charity number with your booking.

Cost of exhibiting 2026

5m frontage - £160 + VAT

10m frontage - £210 + VAT

15m frontage - £260 + VAT

20m frontage - £310 + VAT

30m frontage - £410 + VAT

SHOPPING  VILLAGE

Crafts people from near and far display their wares at the Wayland Show and their number is growing each year. This gives visitors the opportunity to see rural crafts, as well as providing a vital platform for rural businesses, countryside followers and crafts persons to promote themselves and their pursuits to all those visiting.

Cost of exhibiting 2026

1 x 6ft Table & 1 Chair = £40.00 plus VAT (£48.00)

2 x 6ft Tables & 2 Chairs = £80.00 plus VAT (£96.00)

Stand Type: Market Lanes (Outside)

3 x 3m Pitch = £55 plus VAT (£66)

Electric = £30.00 plus VAT (£36)

2 x Chairs = £7.00 plus VAT (£8.40)

FOOD CONCESSIONS

There will be a variety of mobile food outlets at the show - these are very popular and as such space is very competitive.

The food area is in the shopping village and aims to give visitors a taste of the brilliant and diverse array of food and drink available from across East Anglia and offers companies a wonderful way to show case their products to a broad audience.

information for setting up

TRADE EXHIBITORS SHOULD ENTER THE SHOW GROUND VIA THE MAIN ENTRANCE ON BRANDON ROAD (NOTE CHANGED INSTRUCTIONS TO THE ENTRANCE FOR TRACTORS IN THE RELEVANT SECTION BELOW)

After unloading, all vehicles must be moved to Exhibitors’ Parking or the Public Car Park by 9.30am. You may use whichever of these car parks is best for you.

Vehicles may come and go from both car parks during the show, but there must be no vehicle movements on the showground between 9.30am and 5pm.

Vehicles will not be allowed back onto the showground until 5pm.
